Stutton Corporation developed TopsAll #30 in the 1970s as a pioneering, earth friendly multi-purpose cleaner-degreaser for use in the oil industry.

A safe, water-based chemical, it was years ahead of its time as an eco-friendly product and was selected to clean Alaska’s shoreline after the Exxon Valdez disaster. After becoming renown in the oil industry, major fire departments adopted TopsAll #30 for cleaning and remediating roads and other accident/fire sites.

TopsAll #30 is safer and more effective than butyl cellosolve products, as well as stronger and less costly than citrus based degreasers. It has been tested by the EPA and research universities and is on the National Contingency Plan.

Stutton Corporation sells TopsAll #30 in 5-gallon pails, 55-gallons drums, and totes. When diluted according to directions, it is the world’s most versatile all-purpose cleaner-degreaser for virtually every household, business, shop and industrial task.

Reduces potential explosion and slip hazards. Works on gasoline, diesel, oils, and some polar solvents. Helps prevent deterioration of tarmacs and asphalt roads due to petroleum spills. Used on roadway spills in compliance with state & federal regulations. Can be applied through an adductor, from a booster tank or poured directly on the spill.
