Stutton brought TopsAll #30^® to market in 1980 as a pioneering biodegradeable industrial cleaner. The multi-use product built an excellent reputation in the oil industry for being strong, non-flammable, and biodegradable. Word about TopsAll #30^®’s effectiveness spread throughout Texas, the United States and now internationally where fire departments along with researchers tested it and documented its safety and benefits at emergency response sites and as an all-purpose cleaner in their firehouses.

Stutton Corporation's customer base includes the United States Government, which enables America's military to decrease the turn around time on equipment that supports our troops. The company’s Epoxy Strip, along with TopsAll #30^®, and our other products are being used to restore and refit U.S. Army tanks, personnel carriers and other military vehicles for troops in the Middle East.
